Normally, stainless steel corrugated hose assembly contains connectors, welding rings,hose and braid.
Stainless steel corrugated hose can be divided into two categories by the shape of the wave, one category is spiral wave shape, another is annular wave shape. They all made from stainless steel tubes, and all have good flexibility. Normally, the material is SUS 304 or SUS 316L, but according to the customer needs, we also can make other materials like SUS 316 and SUS 321.
Stainless steel corrugated hose will expends at the axis direction by the force of inner fluids pressure without the protection of the braid. Normally , the braid is weaved by the stainless steel wires or stainless steel straps.
