Product details

The scientific name is alumina crucible. Usually we call the crucible with alumina content over 95% as corundum crucible. 99.70% corundum crucible at 1800 ℃, 1650 ℃ -- 1700 ℃ has good high temperature insulation and mechanical strength in oxidation and reduction atmosphere. High thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion. It does not react with air, water vapor, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, etc. above 1700 ℃. The maximum short-term service temperature is 1800 ℃.

The crucible of 99.35% corundum at 1750 ℃ 1600 ℃ -- 1650 ℃ is in oxidizing and reducing atmosphere.

The 85.00% high alumina crucible at 1350 ℃ 1290 ℃ has good high temperature insulation and mechanical strength in oxidation and reduction atmosphere. High thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion. It doesn't react with air, water vapor, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, etc. It can be used for a long time under the condition of little temperature change in temperature field. The maximum short-term service temperature is 1400 ℃.

Product Advantage

1) High hardness.

2) High heat resistance: alumina ceramic has excellentthermal stability, which means that it is widely used in areas where resistance to high temperatures is essential.

3) Good wear resistance: alumina ceramic is the material of choice for alumina wear parts.

4) High electrical resistivity: alumina is an electrically insulating material.

5) High corrosion resistance: it is insoluble in water and only slightly soluble in strong acid and alkaline solutions. Good chemical stability of alumina leads to high corrosion resistance.

Product Application

They are commonly used in a variety of metal or non-metal melting material, or melting items analysis in the lab, also it's a regular application for smelting & sintering for phosphors, rare earth material, precious metals
