Galvanized steel components are subject to a six-stage pretreatment/wash (including zinc phosphate), followed by a glossy polyester powder top coat, which provides another layer of protection required to withstand harsh outdoor weathering effects. Xcel as a manufacturer, warrants to the original purchaser, and not to any other purchaser or subsequent owner, that its Innovation Lite™ Ornamental Steel Fences , galvanized with a glossy powder top coat system (as described above), is free from defects in material & workmanship, and while under normal or intended usage, against corroding or blistering (discoloration & PVC Rail grommets do not apply).
